As stipulated in our contract, your data is yours and yours alone. We will not share your data with anyone else nor will we let anyone but Jim Schliestett and Kurt Bleicken, our developers, have access.

From the moment your file is uploaded to the BlackBird system it is encoded with 256 bit encryption, the industry standard. All communications by email to and from BlackBird applications and staff or volunteers is encrypted.

Volunteer users are not able to export any data from our programs. It is always possible to take a screen shot of a single user but that is not avoidable.

Volunteers are asked to agree to your confidentiality policy before they are allowed to log in. (A one time event)
